Environmental
MMI is committed to incorporating and meeting measurable goals that fall under the environmental component of effective ESG. Our organization has currently set a near-mid term goal of reducing energy consumption by 20% within 3 years of January 2025. This will be accomplished via upgrades to more energy-efficient equipment and shifting vehicle types, and this goal will be measured by the analysis of energy usage data from utility bills, fuel analysis, and conducting annual energy usage audits. All analysis shall account for company growth over this period.
Social
MMI is committed to incorporating and meeting measurable goals that fall under the social component of effective ESG. Our organization has currently set a near-mid term goal to participate in at least three community outreach or volunteer events within calendar 2025. Our intentions are to increase this activity to four within calendar 2026, and further increase to six within calendar 2027. Our success will be measured by tracking participation rates and gathering feedback community feedback to assess the impact of our efforts.
Governance
MMI is committed to incorporating and meeting measurable goals that fall under the governance component of effective ESG. Our organization has currently committed to implementing a quarterly reporting system for key governance metrics and progress on ESG initiatives. Our success will be measured by ensuring that reports are completed on time and shared with all stakeholders. A subsequent and related goal shall include achieving at least 90% stakeholder engagement and feedback on the reports within the first year with an aim of promoting organizational transparency and accountability.
